IT Audit Manager

Our client is seeking a contract IT Audit Manager to join their team. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our IT systems and processes. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $50 to $60 per hour.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with a SAP conversion by conducting control testing
• Collaborate with management to identify and assess IT and related business risks
• Prepare documentation (e.g., narratives, flowcharts, control matrices, audit reports) to support assurance and consulting work
• Maintain viable working relationships with CIO, subsequent IT management, and external IT auditing managers
• Coordinate audit timing with management and communicate to senior leadership

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business/Management, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications : Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIA, CPA, GIAC, PPM, or PMP
• Skills :
  • Proficiency in Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies
  • Familiarity with audit reports, control summaries, and work programs
  • Knowledge of COBIT, internal controls, and ethical compliance
• Experience : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in information technology
