PROPERTY MANAGER

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated, goal‑focused, customer‑oriented team member for the role of Property Manager at NSA Storage in Lodi, CA. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Salary & Location Salary: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour Store address: 2650 W Lodi Ave, Lodi, CA 95242 Responsibilities Manage daily property operations independently. Provide exceptional service to customers, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements. Maximize sales with unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts with collection efforts. Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits according to company policies. Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, focusing on safety and maximizing units available for rent. Job Qualifications Valid driver’s license required. Cash handling experience preferred. Ability to work unsupervised. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to multitask. Experience in sales. Physical Requirements Conduct property walks during shifts. Spend about 50% of time outdoors, walking, climbing stairs, opening large doors. Maintain cleanliness and appearance through inspections and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, changing bulbs. Transport or move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Run errands and travel/commute to other store locations as needed. Average Day The day begins with preparing for opening, cleaning, cash drawer count, and a property walk‑through. Throughout the day, customer interactions include finding storage solutions, handling rental agreements, and processing payments. Regular inspections check maintenance needs and safety measures. The day ends with closing procedures and securing the property. Additional virtual meetings, projects, and training are part of the role. Benefits Health benefit options.
