Job Description
Job Description
The Field Operations - Project Manager oversees field operations for residential, mixed-use, and commercial land development projects from preconstruction through project completion. Coordinates and participates in preconstruction meetings, lot walks, geotechnical and special inspections, utility coordination, and construction stakeout activities to verify project readiness and compliance with approved plans.

Maintains detailed daily field logs documenting project activities, weather conditions, workforce, equipment, and significant events. Reviews and approves contractor daily work tickets to verify that on-site labor, equipment, and materials accurately reflect work performed and are consistent with project progress, contract requirements, and approved scopes of work. Proactively reports progress and appropriately escalates issues for resolution.
