Replenisher - 1st Shift

Replenisher Warehouse (Shipping Department)

This position is responsible for accurately performing and recording the movement of finished goods into the pick locations. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Maintains and controls inventory via handheld scanner through proper bin moves and put away.
• Transfers and documents replenishment stock to pick locations as directed by system or pickers.
• Utilizes RDS to look ahead to anticipate volume to prepare for bin replenishments.
• Responsible for inventory and order accuracy at all times.
• Operates forklift in a safe manner, maintains certification.
• Effectively communicates with pickers to provide finish goods in a timely fashion to maintain their productivity.
• Maintains safe work environment.
• Responsible for maintaining clean and organized areas.
• Assists in all other areas as directed.
• Work over-time as needed.

Education & Experience:

• High School graduate
• Production or distribution background.
• Forklift experience

Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Organized, process and detailed oriented
• Inventory Control
• Forklift Experience certification.

Physical Demands:

• Able to lift 40 LBS
• Walking/Standing for long periods of time.
