Sales Estimator

Job Duties

We are seeking a Sales Estimator to join our team! You will respond to customer requests for quotes for Warrior material handling and structural support equipment. The ideal candidate is to be Motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and driven.

Responsibilities:

• Have a clear understanding of all Warrior products (to properly quote equipment to best meet customer needs)

• Maintain working relationships with customers

• Review information and drawings provided by customers in their requests for quotes and provide them with an accurate quote

• Prepare, review, evaluate, and complete quotes in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• 2-Year associate’s degree in business or mechanical drafting is preferred but not required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with the estimating team

• Ability to build relationships with customers

• Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritize projects, multi-task and meet deadlines

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates

• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel

Minimum Education Required

2-Year associate’s degree in business or mechanical drafting is preferred but not required.

Reasonable rates for employee and dependent coverage paid for 100% by employee (employee must be enrolled to include dependent coverage).

Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment

Current provider is Guardian.

Warrior pays 100% of employee's premiums.

Warrior pays 100% of dependents' life insurance premium (not eligible for STD, LTD & ADD).

Voluntary Life Insurance with Accidental Death & Dismemberment

Current provider is Guardian.

Reasonable rates for employee and dependent coverage paid for 100% by employee (employee must be enrolled to include dependent coverage).

Flexible Spending Account (non-taxable payroll deductions for Health Care and Dependent Care).

Health Savings Account (non-taxable payroll deductions when enrolled in Warrior's qualifying plan).

The first of the quarter after 6 months of employment (if age 21 or older), FT employees are eligible to enroll in Warrior's 401(k) retirement plan.

Warrior matches 3% of employee's annual compensation through Safe Harbor Profit-Sharing

Automatic enrollment at 3% (before tax) contributions with the option to opt out or change contribution type or amount

May choose deductions to a 401(k) (before-tax), a Roth (after-tax), or both.

Educational Assistance

Available to all regular, full-time employees who have completed at least one year of active employment at the time the course commences.
