Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises, your primary duties will include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and individual clients, addressing a wide variety of mental health concerns such as marital conflicts, coping with grief and loss, and managing job-related stress.

• Providing specialized support for families dealing with issues such as blended family dynamics, separation and divorce adjustments, and communication difficulties among family members.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals while fostering a supportive and empathetic environment.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on couples and families, providing therapeutic support to both adults and adolescents. You will directly engage with clients dealing with various challenges including:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
