Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify pertinent mental health needs, employing evidence-based methodologies to ensure accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients’ psychosocial assessments, highlighting specific therapeutic goals tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy to address clients' needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with department policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to refine treatment plans, ensuring coordinated care that encompasses all aspects of the client's well-being.

• Assist clients in discharge planning and ongoing care coordination, collaborating with local providers and community resources to facilitate seamless access to necessary services.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
