Document Control Clerk Austin Industrial is seeking an Office Clerk to work in our Spartanburg Office. The Office Clerk will be responsible for filing and organizing documents. Essential Job Duties Daily filing of documents Labeling folders Organizing files Scanning documents into our document management system Indexing and updating pleading binders Making copies Boxing closed files and typing index of the content Reviewing and retaining system turnover packages Creating and maintaining required documentation (ITPs, inspection reports, weld logs, and turnover packages) Tracking quality training compliance Maintaining submittal/transmittal logs Document management (electronic and manual) Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Detail oriented, well organized, and able to handle multiple assignments Ability to work independently Able to read P&IDs Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
