Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving the commercial growth of a leading global supplier of regional aircraft parts and components. You will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships across airlines and MROs, generating new sales opportunities, and supporting the effective turnover of inventory across key regional and commuter aircraft platforms. This position suits a proactive, customer-focused sales professional who combines strong product knowledge with disciplined account management and business development capability. The company is a long-established and fast-growing aviation aftermarket organisation supporting commercial operators worldwide, with strong capability across ATR, Embraer, Dash-8, Beech, CRJ & Fokker fleets. Skills and Experience Required 3+ years’ experience selling regional aircraft parts or components to airlines, MROs, or aviation operators. Proven ability to build, manage, and grow long-term customer relationship and repeat business across assigned accounts. Strong commercial awareness with experience preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, and closing sales in a fast-paced aftermarket environment. Demonstrated understanding of regional aircraft platforms.
