Field Trainer & Sales Representative About Us At Cleft of the Rock, we provide businesses and individuals with supplemental insurance solutions that protect what matters most. Your Role As a Field Trainer & Sales Representative, you will guide clients through insurance solutions and also support and train team members to succeed. This role is perfect for someone who values structure, consistency, and being a dependable resource for both clients and colleagues.
