ADAS Validation Engineer Job Summary

Seeking ADAS Validation Engineers / Vehicle Operators to support autonomous vehicle development through mileage accumulation, vehicle testing, and data collection activities. Candidates must be comfortable driving electric SUVs in various weather and traffic conditions while following defined testing routes and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production-level electric vehicles on public roads for testing and data collection.
• Follow predefined routes and ADAS testing procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Collect and document test data accurately.
• Report vehicle issues, unusual behavior, and testing anomalies.
• Communicate testing updates and complete assigned reports/tickets.
• Ensure vehicles remain charged, clean, and properly maintained.
• Maintain professionalism in high-traffic and fast-paced environments.

Required Skills

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving in all weather and traffic conditions.
• Experience using GPS and navigation applications.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow detailed routes and testing procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in mileage accumulation projects.
• Experience supporting autonomous vehicle or ADAS data collection programs.
• Familiarity with vehicle testing and validation activities.
