Senior Financial Analyst (Temp-to-Hire)
Irvine, CA (Onsite)
We're partnering with a rapidly growing company that is expanding its U.S. operations and looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to its finance team. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to build reporting processes, support strategic growth initiatives, and work closely with executive leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Own monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Perform Budget vs. Actual variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Analyze operating expenses and business performance
- Support organizational growth and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with ERP implementation and finance transformation projects
- Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of Financial Analysis experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling
- Experience working in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or MedTech
- NetSuite experience
- ERP implementation or system migration exposure
