Primary Care Physician OpportunityConviva Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Daytona, FL. As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the Associate Medical Director. You will be onsite at the Palm Coast clinic.A day in the life of a Conviva physicianMonday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmSee an average of 15 patients per dayLonger authorized appointments (45 minutes)You will be on-siteRequired QualificationsDoctor of Medicine or Osteopathic MedicineBoard certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal MedicineValid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida, or able to obtain one.Current, unrestricted DEA licenseScreened for TBMinimum of two+ years of experience1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patientsAssociate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $255,000 - $298,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
