Case Supervisor (Practicum Student)

Compensation Base pay $25.50 - $32.50/hour, signing bonuses available. Full-time position serving as case supervisor for 2–4 client cases (10–20 paid unrestricted hours/week). Overview This role is designed for individuals actively in their coursework to become a BCBA and accruing practicum hours. The case supervisor role prepares individuals to become successful BCBAs after completing hours and passing the exam. Reports to Local Clinical Trainer (BCBA) at team member’s specific clinic. Applications for this position will be accepted on a rolling deadline. Responsibilities Serve as a case supervisor for 2–4 client cases (10–20 paid unrestricted hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress. Update client goals and programming using our electronic data collection platform. Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs. Participate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset. Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT). Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar’s in‑house curriculum. Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and reassessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist. Receive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic. Be part of the Soar integrated care team, participating in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists. Conduct direct client therapy (15–25 hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress. Provide training and coaching to RBTs. Qualifications Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA. Be within ~400–600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam. Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist. Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning. Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy. Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.
