Job Description

• Oversee and manage the estimating team to ensure accurate cost estimates for all construction projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align estimates with project goals.
• Monitor market trends and material costs to ensure up-to-date and competitive estimates.
• Review and validate estimates prepared by team members for accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in bid presentations and negotiations with clients and partners.
• Continuously improve estimating processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
