Pay Rate: $18.58- Earn up to $20.58/hour with election of Enhanced Pay option.

Shifts available: Sunday , Monday 11:00am - 11:00pm Tuesday 11:00am - 7:00pm Wednesday 7:00am - 3:00pm

No experience required - we provide PAID training.

Our ideal DSP candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their individuals lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Be a part of fostering a true sense of pride in your individual by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry. Your work is performed in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager who reviews results through living area observation of activities in progress, residents' responsiveness, inspection of living area, reports, and periodic meetings.
