Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions Lead generationReal estate salesBuyer lead follow-upSet appointmentsExecute appointmentsSales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Real estate license requiredAbility to learn and be coachableSales experience Compensation: $140,000+ at plan commissions
