Job Description

Packaging Associate – $17.50/hr Plymouth, IN Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Schedule: Swing Shift (2-2-3 rotation) Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all bags are running with correct weights
• Ensure all bags are in proper registration (cutoff and side-to-side registration)
• Verify all bags are properly code-dated with price and date legible and correctly positioned on the face of the bag
• Ensure bags are sealed properly (back seal and end seal)
• Inspect overall bag appearance to meet quality standards
• Add or remove air from bags to ensure proper air fill

Qualifications:

• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM – 6 AM)
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred but not required
