Job Summary The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including storing and delivering products to locations within the airport. Key tasks include picking, packing, delivering orders, and organizing inventory. To succeed in this role, the individual must be able to perform all essential duties effectively. Additional duties, assignments, and special projects may be assigned by Warehouse Management or the Skyport Hospitality Operations Team. Shift: 7am – 3pm Off Days: Monday/Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday Primary Responsibilities Safely and accurately receive and store product in appropriate areas. Use the Automated Requisition System to fulfill location needs (training provided). Pick and transport products using carts, two-wheelers, or pallets. Deliver inventory to assigned stores or storage areas using approved equipment (e.g., two-wheeler, rolling cart, or motorized cart). Perform inventory control and provide store support activities as needed. Depending on the schedule, focus may shift between receiving, selection and delivery, inventory control, or store support; cross‑training is provided to ensure the ability to perform all general warehouse functions. Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation procedures to protect product and ensure customer safety. Stay current on required training related to airport badging, driving privileges, and security protocols. Selected individuals are responsible for driving the vehicles around authorized areas loading/unloading various products into and out of company facilities. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills to ensure timely deliveries. Dependable and flexible, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities, especially under pressure. Able to follow all company, airport, and regulatory guidelines and procedures. Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, and fractions). Comfortable working in crowded and dynamic environments. Education and Experience Must be able to pass a 10‑year TSA criminal background check. High School diploma or equivalent. 6+ months of related experience preferred. Familiarity in inventory procedures preferred. Pallet jack and picking experience a plus. Valid Colorado driver’s license and favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) – Required for DEN Airport only. Must be 18 years or older. Working Environment This position operates in a climate‑controlled international airport environment with varying temperature, volume of noise, and exposure to the public. The position requires use of public spaces as provided by the airport. It may also require frequent exposure to a warehouse, storage areas, restaurant or retail operation environment, regular exposure to varying temperatures (hot/cold/freezing), fumes, vapors, industrial restaurant equipment, noise, and guests. Physical requirements include: standing or walking for most of the day, eye‑hand coordination, depth perception, finger dexterity, functional vision and speech perception. Some bending, crouching, constant walking for long periods of time and pushing/pulling and lifting/lowering of up to 100 lbs. Some repetitive motions with hands, wrists, or arms. Must be able to operate all equipment used in the warehouse. Some exposure to skin irritants, electrical equipment, and sharp instruments.
