Tax Manager, Private Company Growth & Planning

RSM US LLP is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Private Company tax practice. You will advise owners on tax opportunities and lead engagements across Partnership, S corp, and C corp structures, coordinating with Estate, Gift, and International tax specialists. The role emphasizes client service, collaboration, and growth opportunities with existing clients and prospects, with occasional travel as needed.
