About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for its Markets Chief Operating Office (COO) Operations Strategic Initiatives. This role is pivotal in the Strategic Initiatives pillar, which is dedicated to driving the execution of high-priority, cross-cutting priorities that are essential for the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for business-aligned support, acting as a central point of coordination for ad hoc challenges, and translating strategic direction into concrete work plans. Key responsibilities include tracking progress against initiatives, preparing decision-making materials, and supporting governance routines. The role also involves cross-functional partnership, particularly with Chief of Staff, Expense & Resource Management, and Ops In-Business Risk teams, and a strong focus on communications and continuous improvement. Applicants should have 5-8 years' of relevant experience in operations, trade support, or business management within markets or a related financial services environment. A working understanding of trade lifecycle processes is essential. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively. The role requires a proactive, execution-oriented individual who is comfortable with ambiguity and can quickly build credibility with stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the candidate should be adept at identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancing operational efficiency.
