Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the admissions process, including prospective resident interviews, tours, and dwellings assessments

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and newly admitted residents

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, social workers, and families

• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures related to admissions and resident intake

• Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans for new residents

• Provide exceptional customer service to families, residents, and service teams throughout the admissions process

• Identify and address potential barriers to admission and work with the care team to develop solutions

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to optimize the admissions process

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field

• Associate degree; degree in social work, nursing, or a related field preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
