If you’re a curious, critical thinker able to think outside the box, who likes quantitative challenge, enjoys teaching others, and are passionate about market research best practices, we want to speak with you!Who we’re looking for:You are a top-tier pharmaceutical quantitative market researcher who is passionate about continuously improving the speed and quality of insightYou enjoy collaborating and leading colleagues in sales, marketing sciences, and AI roles to solve complex quantitative puzzlesYou’re passionate about providing clients with insight that supports solid strategic insights and recommendationsYou have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience designing and executing all aspects of pharmaceutical/biotech custom quantitative researchYou have the experience and skills to work on and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidanceYou’re excited about AI and enjoy innovation and exploring/testing new platforms/ and ways of doing thingsYou’re a team player who is flexible and willing to pitch inWhat you need to do the job:Solid grasp and ability to train others on applied best practices in at least two of the following advanced quantitative methodologies: Tracking, conjoint, fixed TPP demand, segmentation, chart pull studies, meta-analysis, norms databasesProficient in leading projects and training junior staff on the design and execution of advanced quantitative research methodologies, with limited overview by senior staffExperience and/or interest in identifying and testing new platforms or AI-based solutions to help elevate our quantitative research processes, methods, and deliverables to clientsUnderstanding of the market research needs of pharmaceutical and biotech products in various stages of the product life cycle (Phase 2 through Phase 4 clinical trials, pre-launch promotional development, in-line/mature products) and how that impacts best practicesStrong analytic and communication skills, including writing and presentation abilityThe ability to apply ‘outside the box’ thinking to problem solving and process improvement.
