Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support comprehensive health and welfare benefit programs
- Coordinate workers' compensation documentation, tracking, and follow-up
- Assist with leave of absence administration and employee communications
- Maintain accurate records within HRIS and Excel-based reporting tools
- Support open enrollment, audits, and compliance initiatives
- Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for employee benefits questions
- 1-4 years of workers compensation/employee leave benefits experience
- HRIS experience required; ADP strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication skills with excellent organization and attention to detail
