Job Description:


This is a high-visibility opportunity to grow within a robust HR department while supporting employee benefits and leave programs. Depending on experience, you'll partner closely with teammates across benefits, leave, and compliance, gaining exposure to benefits administration, workers' compensation, reporting, and employee education. This contract-to-hire role offers a clear path to long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support comprehensive health and welfare benefit programs
• Coordinate workers' compensation documentation, tracking, and follow-up
• Assist with leave of absence administration and employee communications
• Maintain accurate records within HRIS and Excel-based reporting tools
• Support open enrollment, audits, and compliance initiatives
• Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for employee benefits questions

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of workers compensation/employee leave benefits experience
• HRIS experience required; ADP strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication skills with excellent organization and attention to detail
