Downstream Product Manager, Medical Device

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is part of the Americas Commercial Marketing Team. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies specifically for the ultrasound portfolio, including both biopsy products and markers, focusing on maximizing market penetration and revenue growth and inclusive of positioning, sales force engagement, pricing, and promotion. Partner with Sales, Professional Education, Clinical, Marketing Communications, and other departments to identify and address any field challenges or opportunities, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and sales execution. Develop targeted sales campaigns and initiatives to support regional and national sales goals. Oversee the effective launch of new products, including leading the Controlled Market Release process, ensuring smooth execution and that all marketing and sales tools are prepared and deployed. Represent the North America region in new product development discussions, providing valuable input and forecasts based on market needs and customer feedback. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, sales or related field Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, medical device sales, medical device or pharmaceutical marketing, or a related role. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Up to 30% travel, including both domestic and international locations. Travel assignments typically range from 1-7 days with overnight stays. Requirements include walking, sitting, standing, and handling objects. Travel by car and air is necessary, with potential long wait times. Predominantly office-based work with a quiet to moderate noise level. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 2+ years demonstrated experience in product management with a focus on downstream marketing activities. Background in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals. The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $135,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
