RN Wound Care NurseThe Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a RN Wound Care Nurse to join our team.RN Wound Care Nurse Duties Include:Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of wounds in the nurse's notes at least weeklyResponsible for all treatments required by licensed nurse on your shift and ensuring the wound care treatments are carried out at other times.Evaluate high risk patients for pressure reduction interventions methodsConduct body assessments and documentation on all new admissions per policyRound with doctors weekly to assist with assessing residentsRN Wound Care Nurse Requirements/Qualifications:Current and valid RN (Registered Nurse) licenseActive CPR CertificatePoint Click a PlusWound care certification desiredExcellent communication skillsExperience in LTC preferred but not requiredPositive attitude and a team playerSalary: Based on experience
