STARR Restaurants is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. Based in Philadelphia, this role will support salaried hiring across multiple affiliated restaurants, concepts, and markets, with a focus on identifying and attracting exceptional hospitality talent.

This is a highly visible role for someone who loves recruiting, moves quickly, and takes real ownership of their work. Our hiring needs are dynamic and priorities can shift quickly, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable navigating change, finding creative solutions, and driving work forward with urgency and good judgment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple affiliated restaurants, concepts, and markets.

• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, industry relationships, and creative outreach.

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs, assess candidates, and keep searches moving from kickoff through hire.

• Support hourly recruiting initiatives and hiring needs as priorities require.

• Provide recruiting and project management support for new restaurant openings, including hiring events, candidate pipelines, scheduling, and onboarding coordination.

• Manage recruiting activity and candidate data within our ATS, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

• Track hiring progress, identify challenges, and develop creative solutions to meet changing business needs.

• Support TA and HR projects, reporting, administrative needs, and process improvements.

• Travel to affiliated restaurants and markets as needed to support hiring initiatives, openings, and recruitment events.

• Jump in where needed. We operate as a collaborative team, and priorities can change quickly based on the needs of our affiliated restaurants and the business.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or relevant hospitality leadership experience.

• Experience recruiting within restaurants, hospitality, or another fast-paced, service-driven environment strongly preferred.

• Prior search firm or agency recruiting experience is a plus.

• A strong desire to achieve, with the motivation to set ambitious goals, solve problems, and see work through to completion.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the creativity and resourcefulness to approach recruiting challenges in different ways.

• Strong instincts around talent and the ability to assess both what a candidate has accomplished and what they may be capable of next.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates and leaders at all levels.

• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple searches, projects, stakeholders, and changing priorities at once.

• Experience working within an applicant tracking system (ATS) required; Workday experience is a plus.

• A genuine interest in restaurants, hospitality, and the people who make them successful.

• Must be based in Philadelphia, PA. This is an in-person position.

• Must be able and willing to travel to affiliated restaurants and other markets as business needs require.
