Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Searchlight, NV

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that ensures weekly home time and requires minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the West with excellent equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a steady schedule that allows you to return home every week.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you keep regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. Take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. Minimal physical work is required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers average $1,200 to $1,600 per week depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Western routes covering New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, and Colorado. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
