New graduates are encouraged to apply.Our pediatric therapy team primarily serves children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, sensory processing differences, and sensory-motor challenges. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based outpatient occupational therapy designed to help children build independence, confidence, and functional skills that support success at home, school, and in the community.Your RoleDeliver individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, and neurological needsPerform evaluations and develop treatment plans focused on fine motor development, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, self-care skills, emotional regulation, and functional independenceImplement play-based and sensory-integrative interventions that promote engagement and developmental progressUtilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care timeUtilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient managementManage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per dayDocument patient care accurately and maintain timely clinical recordsPartner closely with families and caregivers to support carryover and skill generalization across environmentsCollaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomesContribute to a positive culture of clinical learning, teamwork, and professional growth
