Irvine, California, United States Corporate Functions Description Partnering with Engineering Managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and team dynamics. Develop sourcing strategies for identifying passive and active candidates that strive for innovation within their respective field. Act as a consultant through the hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc. Discuss potential offers and successfully close candidates. Partner with cross functional teams, Sourcing, Recruiting Systems, HR Business Partners and HR operations teams as needed through the recruiting process. Provide excellent, timely customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates. Minimum Qualifications Full life‑cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑pace, high volume environment. Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles. Demonstrable experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals. Exceptional closing and offer construction skills required. Attention to detail is required and must demonstrate meticulous organization skills. Preferred Qualifications BA/BS Degree preferred Typically requires 3+ years of recruiting experience in hardware and/or software. Compensation & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $124,100 and $186,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
