Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a Masters degree with 3+ years of experience, or a PhD with 1+ years of experience, working as a data science professional in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• We need experience supporting AI/ML projects with multiple team members.
• We need hands-on experience building statistical models, machine learning models, and/or artificial intelligence models.
• We need a strong foundation in the mathematics and theory behind AI/ML algorithms, with the ability to reason about model assumptions, behavior, and limitations beyond empirical validation.
• We need proficiency in data science programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• We need experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and SparkML, along with familiarity with basic data table operations such as SQL and Hive.
• We value demonstrated relationship-building skills and the ability to drive progress through positive influence.
• Preferred: advanced expertise in time series and operations research techniques.
• Preferred: experience with NLP, NLG, neural networks, or other AI/ML capabilities.
• Preferred: prior experience with public cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Preferred: experience leading highly complex cross-functional technical projects with multiple stakeholders.

• We design and develop machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical models.
• We support AI/ML projects independently or as part of a project team.
• We collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define clear solution objectives.
• We select and apply the most suitable modeling approach based on a principled understanding of the problem structure and underlying assumptions, while staying current on the latest AI/ML research.
• We ensure the robustness of our data science solutions.
• We develop and communicate recommendations and data science solutions in a clear, story-driven way using data.
• We work effectively and build credibility and respect with peers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• We solve complex, data-intensive, and often unstructured business problems that materially affect operations.
• We independently frame ambiguous questions, translate them into mathematical formulations, and choose modeling approaches grounded in theoretical fit.
• We design, develop, and productionize rigorous AI/ML solutions that advance next-generation capabilities, including movement toward real-time inference and decision-making across Workforce Planning.
