Services Administrator

Securitas Technology seeks a Services Administrator to support our electronic security and life safety operations. In this role, you will coordinate service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance for commercial and enterprise clients, ensuring accurate scheduling, work order processing, and documentation. You will maintain service records, support billing and purchasing activities, and prepare routine reports. Working closely with technicians, sales, and customers, you’ll uphold our culture of safety, integrity, and innovation while contributing to efficient, high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement in a global, technology-driven environment.
