Regional candidates (SC / NC / GA) will be given priority.Position OverviewThe State of South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) is seeking an experienced Programmer – Consultant to support development, enhancement, and maintenance of mission-critical business systems. The environment includes Micro Focus Visual COBOL running under IIS on Windows Server 2019/2022, integrated with.NET UI layers and Oracle/MS SQL databases.
