In this role, you’ll support students in a setting designed to provide intensive academic and social-emotional instruction for grades 3rd and 4th. You’ll lead a center-based classroom for students with Autism and cognitive disabilities, overseeing a small group of dedicated paraprofessionals as you facilitate learning, monitor progress, and customize curricula to nurture each child's success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid MN Special Education License (Tier 3 or 4 required)
• Experience working with elementary students, ideally in multi-age settings
• Proficiency writing IEPs and conducting student evaluations
• Strong classroom leadership, collaboration, and adaptive teaching skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic and social/emotional instruction to a multi-age classroom
• Oversee and provide direction to two paraprofessionals
• Develop and implement IEPs, conduct evaluations, and maintain compliance
• Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment
• Coordinate with parents, therapists, and school staff
