Paid Mentor Training for CDL A Drivers

Just got your CDL-A and you're in Morgan Hill looking for a real shot at this career?
A lot of new drivers get their license and then get tossed into the deep end with no real support. We do things differently. We pay you while you train properly so you actually know what you're doing before running solo.
YOUR MENTORSHIP: You'll be teamed up with a veteran driver for 3 to 5 weeks of fully paid training . Real freight, real roads, and someone beside you every step of the way teaching you the ins and outs of the job.
HOME TIME: 2 weeks out 2 days home
YOUR PAY AFTER TRAINING:
- Average weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,500
- Top 25% of drivers earn $1,800+ per week
- Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM
BENEFITS:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL-A in good standing
- 21 years of age or older
- 120+ hours completed at an accredited CDL school
- Clean record since obtaining your CDL-A
- Must pass DOT physical and drug test
