Warehouse Associate

Location: Hammond, WI

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 3rd Shift | 5:00 PM - Finish (10-hour shifts)

Pay: $21.50/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse operations team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately selecting, receiving, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring customers receive high-quality products on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities and quality.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, order pickers, and RF scanners.

• Build and secure pallets for shipment according to company standards.

• Label products and shipments accurately for delivery.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed.

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety procedures.

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous warehouse, distribution, order picking, or material handling experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

• Comfortable working in refrigerated or temperature-controlled environments.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and flexibility with work schedules.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after training.
