TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Los Angeles, California, 90033!

Contract | Days | 36–48 hours per week (3 or 4 x 12-hour shifts) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment
- Apply professional and supervisory discretion in an ICU setting
- Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation and patient charting throughout the shift
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months (required); Cerner experience within the last 5 years also required
- Each work history entry must identify the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used at one employer, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
- Basic Life Support (BLS or HS-BLS or RQI BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Previous acute care facility experience
- Candidates must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or have been employed by an organization in a similar role
