Sales & Account Management Associate

GTR is seeking a motivated Sales & Account Management Associate to work directly alongside our Sales Manager and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales, account management, and business development while gaining exposure to recruiting, client service, and staffing operations. Responsibilities Research prospective clients and decision‑makers using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Build and maintain prospect lists and CRM records Support business development and lead generation efforts Coordinate client meetings and follow‑up activities Attend client visits and sales meetings Source and screen candidates for open positions Learn recruiting and staffing industry best practices Support client communication and relationship management Assist with marketing initiatives, special projects, and company growth efforts Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn Highly organized and detail‑oriented Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic Proficient with technology and business software Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Why GTR?
