Bartender New Dual-Brand Restaurant Opening | Applebee’s + IHOP | Flexible Shifts | High Tip Potential Applebee’s + IHOP is opening a new dual-brand restaurant, and we're hiring Bartenders to join our opening team! Our restaurant opens at 7 AM, creating opportunities across multiple dayparts while offering the high earning potential that comes with a busy restaurant bar. Pay & Earnings $20–$35/hour average including tips Base pay + tips Weekly pay High tip-earning potential Employee meals and discounts What You’ll Do Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Take food and beverage orders accurately Provide friendly, attentive service Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar Follow responsible alcohol service requirements Follow food safety standards Process guest payments accurately Communicate with servers, kitchen team members, and managers Provide great hospitality to Applebee’s + IHOP guests Why Work With Us?
