Firma de servicios profesionales en Puerto Rico busca un/a Senior Auditor con experiencia sólida liderando engagements de auditoría y supervisandoequipos. La posición tendrá responsabilidad sobre la planificación y ejecución deauditorías, manejo de clientes de mayor complejidad y desarrollo de personal deniveles Semi-Senior, Staff y Assistant. Responsabilidades principales Planificar, coordinar ysupervisar procesos de auditoría. Participar en trabajos deatestación, revisión y compilación. Supervisar la preparación dedocumentación y estados financieros. Liderar equipos de auditoríay asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándaresestablecidos. Manejar simultáneamenteclientes y engagements de mayor complejidad. Monitorear presupuestos dehoras de Staff y Semi-Seniors. Identificar asuntos técnicosy comunicar oportunamente situaciones que puedan afectar el progreso delengagement. Proveer retroalimentación,coaching y evaluaciones al personal asignado. Preparar recomendacionesrelacionadas con controles internos y asuntos identificados durante lasauditorías. Realizar investigacióntécnica cuando sea necesario. Mantener comunicaciónefectiva con clientes y liderazgo. Bachillerato enAdministración de Empresas con concentración en Contabilidad. 4 a 6 años de experienciaen auditoría. Experiencia sólida enprocesos de atestación, revisión y compilación. Experiencia preparandoestados financieros. Experiencia supervisandoequipos de auditoría. Capacidad para manejarsimultáneamente clientes y proyectos de mayor complejidad. Excel a nivel proficient. Capacidad para realizarinvestigación técnica.
