Urbandale, IA -Onsite Warner Pacific Marketing Coordinator Urbandale, IA -Onsite Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day marketing and operational needs of the Iowa market. This is an in-office position based in our Urbandale, Iowa office , providing hands-on support to the local sales and marketing teams while serving as the central point of coordination for broker support, marketing requests, scheduling, and administrative activities. The Marketing Coordinator ensures projects are completed accurately, on time, and with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while supporting both the Marketing team and Iowa operations. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day marketing support for the Iowa sales and marketing team. Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing inbox, triaging and routing requests to the appropriate team members. Provide broker support for the Agent Portal, assisting with navigation, access, and general questions. Coordinate calendars, schedules, meetings, and departmental activities. Support Turning 65 (T65) marketing initiatives, communications, and campaign coordination. Manage day-to-day Co-Op program support, including tracking submissions, maintaining records, coordinating approvals, monitoring budgets, and serving as a resource for broker and internal inquiries. Maintain project trackers, timelines, and task lists to ensure visibility and timely completion of work. Proofread marketing materials and communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, and inventory for the Iowa market. Assist with event planning, logistics, registrations, and follow-up for Iowa-based meetings and events. Provide office management support, including supply coordination, vendor communication, and general administrative duties. Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. Support reporting, documentation, and other operational tasks as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, office administration, project coordination, or a related role. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with HubSpot, Jira, or CRM systems is a plus. Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining a high level of customer service. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Working Conditions Full-time, onsite, Monday- Friday at our Urbandale, IA office. Compensation Hourly Range: $30.00 - $39.90 per hour. The actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, skill level, and/or geographic location. * The hourly or salary range is the range Warner Pacific in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
