Strong legal research and transactional analysis skills. Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of residence, in good standing. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong technical, professional, and client service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
