Specialty Clinical Pharmacist & Education Leader

CaroMont Health is seeking a pharmacist to manage assigned specialty areas and coordinate pharmaceutical care across departments. The role focuses on providing information to physicians, staff, and the community, and serves as the subject-matter expert for order sets and care protocols. You will mentor staff, residents, and students, and participate in rounds to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction.
