Position Summary...

The Specialist, People-Manufacturing 2nd Shift, will be responsible for a variety of tasks including scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing office schedules and calendars, handling mail and packages, developing and executing HR strategies, conducting analysis of HR policies, providing expertise on HR compliance, processing reports and accounts, managing leave of absence notifications, processing new hire paperwork, conducting research on industry trends, organizing recruiting experiences, preparing onboarding schedules, conducting new hire orientations, managing payroll reports, calculating and processing employee wages, generating payroll reports, assisting with payroll tax form preparation, managing associate engagement activities, planning engagement events, processing recognition awards, preparing engagement meetings, and complying with company policies.

Minimum Qualifications...

The required minimum qualifications for this position include 1 year's experience managing recruiting or onboarding processes, 2 years' experience managing, processing, and reviewing reports, and 1 year's experience managing payroll reports and functions.

Preferred Qualifications...

Optional preferred qualifications for this position include prior work experience in a warehouse administrative role and prior work experience managing a variety of HR functions and processes.
