Tax Accountant

Position Title Senior Associate Advisor Salary Range $90,000 - $130,000 base / Year DOE Responsibilities Partner with the advisory team to develop strategic tax planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals and business entities Create and present clear, actionable tax recommendations tailored to each client’s financial circumstances and long-term goals Communicate directly with clients regarding tax strategies, projections, planning opportunities and other tax-related matters Participate in prospect meetings with the advisory team to explain the value and impact of proactive tax planning Prepare and review individual and entity tax projections Identify planning opportunities that support clients’ broader financial, investment and business objectives Research complex technical tax matters and evaluate the impact of new or updated regulations Guide and support research related to advanced client tax needs Stay current on federal and state tax laws, regulatory changes and emerging tax planning strategies Communicate relevant tax law developments and planning implications to internal team members Build client confidence through demonstrated expertise, reliability and responsive communication Address client questions and ongoing tax planning needs accurately and promptly Ensure planning deliverables, client communications and internal deadlines are completed on time Use tax planning software and analytical tools effectively to develop accurate projections and recommendations Identify and implement opportunities to improve tax planning processes, workflows and service delivery Develop trusted relationships with clients through consistent responsiveness, sound judgment and technical competence Requirements Bachelor’s degree Certified Financial Planner™ designation CPA or Enrolled Agent designation required, though candidates actively pursuing one of these credentials will be considered 8–10+ years of tax planning, tax preparation or related tax advisory experience Experience providing client-focused tax consulting to high-net-worth individuals and business entities Strong knowledge of individual and entity taxation, tax projections and strategic tax planning Proven ability to research and interpret complex tax laws, regulations and technical matters Strong client presentation and consultative communication skills Ability to explain technical tax concepts in a clear and practical manner Highly effective interpersonal and relationship management skills Excellent organization and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through Experience with Holistiplan and Income Lab preferred Benefits 10 days of PTO accrued 8 paid holidays Health insurance available after 90 days of employment 401(k) plan with a 3% match after 90 days If you are a Senior Associate Advisor looking to take the next step in your career, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
