ServiceNow Developer

Job Description We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join the ServiceNow Platform Team and support key enterprise initiatives. The role primarily focuses on platform development and enhancements, with a strong emphasis on merger convergence activities and ongoing platform security and compliance. Primary Responsibilities Work as part of the ServiceNow Platform Team to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Support enterprise-level initiatives, including platform integration and convergence efforts related to organizational transformation programs. Contribute to platform consolidation and alignment activities during merger and acquisition transitions. Execute annual ServiceNow platform vulnerability upgrades and ensure timely patching and version updates. Ensure platform compliance with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability and performance. Participate in code reviews, release management, and deployment activities. Required Skills & Experience Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and ITSM processes. Experience in implementing upgrades, patches, and vulnerability fixes. Knowledge of scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide APIs). Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs. Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in large‑scale enterprise transformation or merger/convergence projects. Exposure to ServiceNow security best practices and compliance frameworks.
