Forklift Operator – Hiring Now

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime may be available

Overview

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This role involves operating Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Stand-Up Forklifts to support daily warehouse operations, material movement, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Stand-Up Forklifts
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
Transport products to designated storage and production areas
Perform put-away, replenishment, and order-picking functions as assigned
Accurately scan and track inventory using warehouse systems and RF scanners
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations as needed

Requirements

Previous experience operating Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Stand-Up Forklifts required
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Steel-toe safety shoes required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
