Respiratory Therapist

Position Summary The Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory care services to patients across the Trinity Health Hospital Campus and Medical District, supporting the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of respiratory conditions. This role performs therapeutic interventions and diagnostic procedures, including EKGs and pulmonary function testing, while working in accordance with clinical protocols and provider orders. As part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary care team, the Therapist partners closely with nursing, physicians, and other clinical staff to deliver safe, coordinated, and effective patient care. The position functions within a supportive clinical environment that values adaptability, communication, and shared responsibility, including cross‑training to additional clinical functions as needed. Through accurate assessment, technical expertise, and compassionate patient interaction, the Respiratory Therapist helps promote optimal respiratory function, patient comfort, and positive clinical outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
