Inside Sales Customer Service Representative

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $23–$25/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Location: Onsite – Manchester, NY 14504

Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-focused Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced office and manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer quotes, orders, and inquiries
• Communicate professionally via email, with occasional phone interaction
• Follow established procedures and internal workflows
• Maintain attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Adapt quickly to new processes, systems, and customer needs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
• Previous office experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Reliable, organized, and professional demeanor
