Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitation for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working closely with Physical Therapists, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans, assist with gait and balance training, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility to maximize patients’ independence and safety. You’ll document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, clinical excellence, mentorship, and professional growth across diverse post-acute care environments.
